One of our survey technicians or one of our installation engineers would carry out the survey. They would discuss with you the best product option, installation and if any electrical or structural requirements are needed. Once you are both in agreement, SDW will forward to you, a competitive comprehensive quotation.

SDW Installation 
We back our quality products and installations with a 2-year warranty. 
All installations are carried out by SDW fully trained engineers (CSCS cardholders) and not sub-contracted to a third party. If required, we are able to build on-site steel structural work for the shutter/s to fit to. Additionally we would supply a copy of our working insurance policy, method statement, risk assessment, health & safety and any other documentation/certification asked for.

SDW 24hr Emergency Call-Out Repair Service 
SDW offers that peace of mind. When you contact SDW you instantly talk with one of our trained engineers. Having discussed the type of shutter and the problem you are having. Making sure we have the spares required to carry out the repair, he will give you an estimated time of arrival. Our service vans carry a comprehensive range of spares including motors at all times. When on site, if we cannot complete the repair, which is not very often, we would always make sure the roller shutter is left in a safe condition and your property is secure overnight. If we have to return, in most cases we can complete the repair the next day, unless a special part has to be ordered.
